I'm a Black artist based in Nashville, Tennessee. I love bringing the overlooked but beautiful details of everyday life to the forefront.
In 2003, my parents bought me my first camera, a Minolta DiMAGE F300. With it, I took photos relentlessly. I have no clue where that camera ended up, but I can recall my first photo vividly. From that moment, I knew using images for storytelling was my passion, and my calling.
As humans, we’re lucky. We can have more than one “best day of our life”, and we get so many moments, and people, to cherish along the way.
I hope to help everyone I photograph experience, remember, and relive warmth of those moments for years to come.
